Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Great regret

Sab426 7/29/2026

It was such a mistake to purchase this dryer. It has so many things wrong with it I don™€™t know where to start. The drum is scratched inside after barely 4 months. The door is cheap like a tin can and I™€™m just waiting for the cheap latch to break. It™€™s also very hard to open and close. The one setup is also cheap tin feeling . Trying to push against more cheap tin to a button somewhere below. Feels like it will wear through. But the absolute worse thing is™€¦.it doesn™€™t dry anything in less than several hours. I™€™ve tried all the different setting and a combination of them all. It worked ok for a little while and then it didn™€™t. It will take 2 hours on high with the power booster on to dry a half load of laundry. And if you put it in sensor ™€¦it will say it™€™s done but when you check it, it™€™s still vey damp. It will take another hour then. I™€™m

Very Disappointed!

Ranger3213 7/3/2026

Pros: Several nice options and settings. Affordable, basic dryer. Clothes are drying appropriately. Cons: It appears there are issues with the lint trap catching all of the lint. There are copious amounts of lint collecting in the ducting. Far more in 18 months than I had after 20 years with the previous dryer. Shortly after the 1-year basic warranty, the dryer started making very loud squealing noises when turned on. Had to place a service call and the technician replaced the drum rollers, belt tensioner and belt. Paid 1/2 as much for parts and labor as I did the dryer itself. It appears this is a common issue with this dryer. Very poor-quality components are being used for this dryer.

Nothing but issues

SD1234 6/15/2026

After 4 months, the machine took two 90 minute cycles to dry a regular load. After 8 months, the machine no longer even turns on. Purchased from Maytag direct to ensure the best warranty and they have no technicians available in my area and suggest I find my own repairman and they'll send me the parts to have my repairman install and reimburse me up to $200. Every call I sit on hold forever and get transferred multiple times (9 on the last call and 2.5 hours to get nowhere). What a nightmare!! Buyers beware!! This company isn't what it used to be- Google "maytag customer service"- I'm not the only one

Awful dryer

Bcs27 3/19/2026

This is the absolute worst dryer I have ever used. The lint trap does not take all of the lint, but instead drops it back into the dryer. My clothes come out covered in lint if I don™€™t stop the cycle periodically to wipe the lint off or the interior and door. The lint also gets trapped around the seal, needing to be cleaned every few loads. On top of the lint problem, it also takes a two or more 90 minute cycles to get a normal size load of clothing or towels dry. I wouldn™€™t sell this dryer to my worst enemy. It is awful!!

The washer when operating is very loud. It clunks and grinds with every gear change. We can hear it two floors up. The place we purchased from sent someone out to check it for us. He said it is just the way it is and nothing is wrong with it as far as its ability to wash the clothes. Disappointed. Had we known, we would have bought a different set that was quieter. It was on the cheaper end but we still weren't expecting it to run so loud.

Mkerns 2/28/2026

I like the dryer and features but I have one main complaint and a serious one to me. The lint catcher does not do a good job. Most of the lint blows out on my back porch. I washed flannel sheets the other day and normally there is a LOT of lint on the catcher and there was hardly any but there was a good bit on porch where the vent blow out. I am concerned with where it is going to, is the lint catcher defective? I don™€™t want a fire

We bought this dryer last week to replace a broken fancy GE dryer. I couldn't be more thrilled. I love the anti wrinkle feature. Also, the door opens completely, making it easy to transfer laundry into the machines. Plus, it seems to be bigger, and able to hold more than my old, broken dryer. We'll done Maytag!

Replaced a 19 year old Maytag dryer that was aging, but never had an issue. The first unit delivered by Costco was damaged or defective, and would not run for more than 5 minutes and was NOT overheating. This unit installed about 10 days later works well, but I'm not sure the moisture sensor is working well yet.

i bought this dryer the beginning of the month and love it's efficiency compared to my much older Kenmore that lasted for many years. I find that even with bulkier loads, like blankets and towels, it only has to go through the cycle once to be completely dry. I'm not using up as much energy which is important for today's environmental concerns. It remains to be seen how many years I'll get out of this model...
