I love my new refrigerator. My last one lasted 23 years so I am looking forward to having this one for quite a while! I love the drawer feature and the crispers have plenty of space. I like being able to put gallon items in the door, if I need to clear some space on the shelves. The freezer is plenty big enough as well.

The refrigerator purchase was a good decision. The delivery went smooth and the product itself came very clean and quiet. I haven't had any problems thus far which is saying a lot these days. The only small fix needed was the wire handle that activates the ice maker was not fastened at one end. This was a quick self-fix and didn't affect my overall happiness with the purchase.

Poor design and misleading pictures

I cannot recommend this refrigerator due to several significant drawbacks: First, it does not realistically hold a gallon of milk in the door. The promotional images are misleading because there™€™s no practical way for a gallon to fit. Second, to fit a gallon of milk, you must lower the top shelf, which unfortunately prevents the deli tray from opening all the way since it collides with the lever that activates the refrigerator light. Third, the door storage design is poorly thought out, making it difficult to maximize space. Fourth, the freezer appears larger than usual, resulting in the main compartment being lower than normal, forcing you to bend down awkwardly to see items on the top shelf. Lastly, to achieve the recommended temperatures in both the freezer and refrigerator, you are required to set the freezer to maximum and the refrigerator to recommended. I discovered this problem when the food in the freezer wasn't adequately frozen. After purchasing multiple thermometers to check the temperatures and having repair technicians conduct thorough tests with data loggers for a week, I was informed that this is how the refrigerator is designed. This contradicts the expectation that the freezer should not need to be set to maximum to function properly, making it a frustrating experience overall.

I really like this new refrigerator, particularly the design - it's nicely organized, with good shelves and lighting. I particularly like the meat tray that is the full width of the unit - I use it for yogurt and other dairy products, and it holds a lot and is really easy to see into. I'm giving this only 4 stars because it is noisy - I think it is the compressor -- it makes a "crackling" sound that I find VERY annoying.

I bought recently and am disappointed in the arrangement of shelving. There are no optional heights possible because it lacks interior notches on the sides to vary shelf heights. The good gaskets around doors avoid ice forming inside. It produces excessive heat coming from behind. I am disappointed because the previous fridge was much more adaptable.

To get the freezer cold enough to freeze ice cream, it needs to set at the coldest setting and it still is not cold enough. But this makes the refrigerator part too cold. Also the lunch meat tray eliminates tall storage so we had to remove the tray. Can the temperature be adjusted or are we stuck with this problem?

Refrigerator temperatures are normal but™€¦

So far so good! One thing, while the door reversal was not that hard most of the plugs would not come out and broke off. I had to drill out 3 holes on top and the large Plug for the door disintegrated while I was removing it. Ordered the plugs through the portal online. The first order was incorrect sent only one of the four needed plug/caps. Reordered online again and will see how this order goes. The fridge itself does the job. We run it on the coldest setting. It seems a little noisy but it™€™s also new to us.
