Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

I wanted a budget-level French door refrigerator.

veseattle 7/23/2026

Refrigerator does fine, for a budget-level French Door fridge. I wanted a refrigerator with 3 drawers in freezer for easy access, but these 2 drawers DO hold a lot. One of the refrigerator doors is larger than the other, so you can decide which one is a better size for holding collections of sauces, dressings, etc. that you want to store in the door shelves. Doors easily pick up fingerprints. I liked the less-shiny exterior of my old refrigerator better.

Great looking appliance

Gmoo 7/23/2026

I like the double doors on top and freezer on bottom. I had a top freezer refrigerator which is still working after 21 years. Just wanted something that was easier to access. The only thing I would have preferred is that you access the water dispenser with one hand instead of having to use one hand to dispense and the other to hold the glass. Otherwise I appreciate all the features.

The refrigerator is smaller than a previous LG brand I had and is a similar French door design. Overall it is practical and easy to use . The bottom drawer that is for a cheese or sandwiches could be a little larger. I have just had it for about two weeks and so far satisfied . It was hard to find a matching black finish that matched with our other appliances and limited our choices. I guess the real question will be longevity Of the appliance. The lighting is very good. It could use a butter or egg tray on one of the doors which it does not have. Overall satisfied. How can I be looking for

Nice fridge

PrettyMB 3/18/2026

I like everything about my new refrigerator except the front doors surface. I™€™d rather have textured surface rather than smooth. With a smooth surface, I constantly wipe the doors for appearance. With a textured surface, I could at least let it go a day or so without wiping it down just to make it look fresh.. Another annoyance ™€“ is the water dispenser has a very loud click after letting go of the water button. The click and vibration comes from behind/back of refrigerator..

So far so good but it's only been in service for 1 week. I have noticed some condensation on the left hand door. This leads me to believe that the gaskets aren't sealing properly.

Issues you should not have with Brand New Items.

LynWB 3/11/2026

Only owned for a few weeks now. Lower rating is due to minor defect to interior water line. I think a part may have been broken in delivery; A small plastic piece, that I am assuming should hold the coiled interior water line in place to back interior wall behind vegetable drawer. I searched for answers and almost impossible to find images or anything that comment about it. It prevents the vegetable drawer from closing since it is not adhered in place with anything. I finally taped it to back interior wall myself until I can find proper info on the fix. I went to Whirlpool website, but I guess I'm going to have to call. Overall though, still happy with purchase so far. Love the adjustable shelving. Icemaker seems to be working well so far, but again, still new and everything should be excellent. Just hate the water line issue on something brand new that you should not have to deal with.

Nice refrigerator - very good value

mrken46 2/27/2026

I'm quite pleased with the refrigerator so far. It is very quiet and has more accessible space than my previous side-sy-side fridge. The only surprise that I had was that the left door will not close completely unless I push on it or if the right door is partially open. This is the way it is designed.

A few issues.

Bmcarmic 12/24/2025

I like the fridge because it was one of the few French door styles to fit in my 34" opening. I have had a few minor issues. The large crisper drawer wasn't attached to the drawer slide quite right and door didnt want to open square. I fixed that and hoping it doesn't come back off the slide/rail. Also the cover plate at the top of the water spout that covers the top screw did not clip into the tabs as intended. It kept falling off. I think the screw might have been tightened too much during assembly and permanently distorting the little ears that are supposed to clip onto this cover. I loosened the screw slightly and now it has just enough retention to hold it on but it doesn't click on like it should. Dissapointing annoyances when you buy a brand new appliance.

If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would give this fridge all of them. We love it. It is so nice to not have to get down on our hands and knees to find things on the bottom shelf. Having the freezer on the bottom is also a bonus, stuff is so easy to find. This is a smaller fridge than most but because of our limited space it was a great option, and there still seems to be ample space. The ice maker is great too. Love, love love it!

tdr511 12/11/2025

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and I love it. I'm shocked that it has filtered water and ice in it's small size. It has features like digital temp controls, door humidity settings, max ice setting, and the layout of the freezer basket and upper French door fridge area is laid out in a smart fashion. I'm glad I didn't have to go to a larger fridge size to retain these options.

So far So good

MG53 11/12/2025

I purchased this because we always had Whirlpool and everything else in the kitchen is Whirlpool. Mostly because I have a lot of faith in the store I got it from. They are up front and very honest about the products they sell. My last whirlpool was going on 9 years when it developed a leak from a cracked condensation pan, it took 6 month for it to start leaking through the floor and in to the basement, causing $1300.00 damage to the hardwood floor underneath it. In spite of this we stuck with whirlpool. First time in 40 years something like this happened.

I bought this refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher in May but could not open the boxes they came in due to our house was not finished being built, I explained this to them when I had to call for a replacement, they didn™€™t tell me at the time of purchase. Home Depot is not the place to buy appliances as they have a 48 hour return policy. I won™€™t go back. Refrigerator has water that sits on top of freezer seal. I can™€™t return it due to their policy even though I bought extended warranty

Good price. I had the same model but older. Lasted 14 years with minimum repair. The vegetable drawers are a little wonky. Seems like they don't fit in the tracks well. Not a fan about the slide-out bottom drawer. The water filter is in an accessible space to replace it but it does take up valuable space. Overall pretty happy with it.

Problem with Freezer after having Refrigerator on

Bernie 8/4/2025

French door refrigerator delivered July 22. Freezer has condensation/frost. I will need to have a repairman come to look at it already. Freezer light switch sticks so light won't go on unless I manually push on it to make it work. Again, I will need the repairman to look at it. I had a Whirlpool that I loved about 20 years ago. Quality is not what it used to be.

I had to buy this 33inch refrigerator because it was the only one being made in black.I did not want to.The doors are gloss black and show everything. Why would any manufacturer discontinue a finger print finish. The interior is cheaply made and the drawers are not going to last. Also it is noisy when running. What a shame, whirlpool is racing to the bottom with quality.
